We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to sell our suite of Pre-Employment Solutions including Virtual Edge (ATS), Screening and Selection Services (SASS), and Tax Credit Services (TCS) to named national accounts (over 1,000ee’s) in the region.



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
2. Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following:
• Compiles “Account Plan” documents for existing clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy.
• Produces a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts.
• Responds to RFPs and manages contracts and contract renewals.
3. Responsible for product demonstrations and solution analysis activities.
4. Responsible for managing and resolving client issues related to the sale of new produces or migration to current platforms.
5. Responsible for developing knowledge of NAS products and solutions including features, functions, value propositions and competitive strengths.

Qualifications - Required

BS degree
MUST HAVE Three to five years prior ATS (applicant Tracking System) Sales experience.


 


 


 


Proven ability to effectively service existing clients and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota. A proven proficiency in “account plan” development and implementation of related sales strategies required. Knowledge of National Account product capabilities versus competitor product strengths/weaknesses is beneficial. Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close prospects.
